Nail Gators Pricing Plan Policy Effective Date: [4/10/25] At Nail Gators, we’re committed to clear, fair pricing that matches the scale and needs of your event, business, or home. This policy outlines how our pricing tiers function and what you can expect from our services. ⸻ 1. Pricing Structure Our services are divided into three main client types: • Residential • Commercial (Business) • Event-Based Each category has tiered service levels based on coverage area, service frequency, and added features. Pricing is listed in USD and is subject to applicable local taxes. ⸻ 2. Service Area & Scope Pricing is based on: • Square footage or parking space coverage • Duration of service required • Number of technicians or tools required on-site • Travel distance from our headquarters (travel fees may apply outside designated service zones) ⸻ 3. Payment Terms • Full payment is due at time of service booking unless otherwise agreed upon. • We accept credit/debit, or business checks. • Invoicing for commercial contracts is available upon request (net 15 or net 30 terms). • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week past due date. ⸻ 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. • Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 25% fee. • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no extra charge. • Weather-related or safety issues that cause delays will be handled with flexible rescheduling at no penalty. ⸻ 5. Add-On Services Clients may request additional services such as: • Extended sweeping hours • On-site mascot for visibility • Custom signage or branding options • Emergency response (within 4 hours) Add-ons are priced individually and must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. ⸻ 6.
